I’ve done the work. Why am I still stuck?

Understanding why insight alone doesn’t create lasting change—and what makes it possible.

You understand yourself. But something’s not shifting.

You may have spent years reading, journalling, exploring courses and workshops, in talk therapy, or have recently turned to AI.

You can see your patterns and may understand where they came from.

But when the pressure’s on, the same reactions happen. You overthink, over-give, lash out, shut down, or feel as disconnected from your body and your needs as ever.

You don’t need more insight. You may need a different kind of experience.

By requesting this resource you consent to receive occasional emails from me.
